Apparently jokes about incest trigger me

I just got triggered by an incest joke. I didn't even realise that was a thing with me. I'm really fucked if I know why I got triggered but I did. I gotta say it fucking pisses me off when this sort of thing happens to me that's why I thought I'd blog about it. I guess I'll have to add it to my long fucking list of things to talk to my psychologist about. Meh....Fuck My Life. Oh, getting triggered also suck...the whole heart racing thing and feeling like a fucking idiot for getting upset thing is fucked. I made a couple of comments on the post and I now feel like a fuckhead. I actually think I'm going to cry...actually I am.
