My Story

Learning to live with Complex PTSD. Living with PTSD is hard. I have only just started getting trauma specific counselling for child abuse. I am now 53 years old and I'm just really wanting to journal what I'm going through right now. Everything I'm remembering, how I'm dealing with it and just trying to make sense of why I am the way I am and I'm hoping that by blogging every thing that I'm now remembering it will help me.
